I updated and re-released the file. I added the 4N3, 4O3, YT3, YU3 and YZ3 prefixes to Montenegro. The version number is still the same but the date of the release is now 29 June 2006. If you try to log the callsign VERSION in DX4WIN, verify that the Zone field says 31 and the QSL Mgr. field says 29-Jun-2006 and you'll have the latest version.
