I use a Color Ink Jet HP712C. I also make
my own cards from a Corel program. I have
for years and also make up cards for the
QRP group (Knightlites) and have made most
of the cards for our events. Some of the
other members use another program and other
printers for their cards.
I have received a lot of cards lately that
were printed up on Ink Jet printers that are
very nice cards.
The only problem is that if they get wet the
ink runs.

You might check for a color lazer printer and
see if theat works better.

I use Wasau Exact Index card stock and it
makes four nice cards for each sheet.

I hope this helps.

What printers handle QSL card stock well? Thought my HP3015 was working OK,
but it has a problem with toner fusing with the second card in the printer.
Any suggestions?

I use a color laser printer at work to print cards (private grant
funding so it's okay, hi). Laser toner won't fuse real well on most
index stock and can rub off. You should be able to get a ream of card
stock that will work with a laser from a local print shop. Explain that
you need it for a laser printer. Be aware that card stock reams are 250
sheets, not 500, because the stock is heavier. The special stuff may
not come in a wide range of colors so check first.

Wausau Exact Index is what we use for inkjet printing and comes in
quite a few colors.

Is there a way to offset the log time from the computer clock so I can
run the computer on local time, and log in GMT?
