Guy I do not get an error message, by HEX 14 I mean that LPT1 pins 7, 8, 9 go high and pin 2 is low. I an thinking it is a problem with my logging computer (a laptop) as I went out in the workshop and tested it on my other computer (a desktop) and had no problem although I have no rig interface out there. 73 Dave

This is fixed and other things in the current beta release But if you get a error message saying HEX 14 I really don't know what that can be, never saw that. Can you make a printscreen of it and send it to me in jpg ? 73 Guy ON4AOI BAND DECODER and related stuff at http://www.on4aoi.be/banddecoder.htm DX4WIN soft and related stuff at http://www.on4aoi.be/dx4win.htm DX4WIN, WRITELOG, WF1B & RITTY CW & RTTY interfaces at http://www.on4aoi.be/keyer.htm ARSWIN link and related stuff at http://www.on4aoi.be/web7.htm DXTELNET soft and related stuff at http://www.on4aoi.be/dxt.htm -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of DAVID DERAIN Sent: Monday, May 08, 2006 5:48 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Dx4win] Band Decoder I am running DX4WIN Ver 7.01 on windows XP. Using trying to use LPT1 as the band decoder output. LPT1 respondes correctly, but after 10 or 15 sec, LPT1 switches to HEX 14. Is that how it is suposed to work, or do I have a computer problem?
