The UPFIOTA format is used for importing data into the IOTAMEM4WIN program:

Unfortunately, the format in DX4WIN 7.02 is not quite correct.
If you want to export your IOTA from DX4WIN into this program, please
contact me. I can put a conversion program on my web site, but would
like to walk a couple of people through it first.
