Paul,

Would you consider making the spot expiration time user settable in the next
version of the software? Two hours might be fine for a lot of applications,
but there are times (like the last few days) when I'd want to change it to
something as short as 20 or 30 minutes minutes or so.

Oh, and it'd be nice if it'd take care of that little detail all by itself,
too! ;)

Subject: [Dx4win] Compare DX4WIN DXCC Credit Status with LoTW
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I have uploaded version 1.0 of my program to compare DX4WIN DXCC
credit status with LoTW:

        http://dx4win.ad1c.us/dxcc.htm

Please read the web page from beginning to end. The instructions are
also in the README.TXT file inside the .ZIP file.

Thanks to all the beta testers for their help and input. If you have
tested a previous version of this program, I added three new features
in version 1.0:

1. Checking against DX4WIN submitted status is now optional.
The default is to only check against DX4WIN checked status.
I suggest you run it both ways in the beginning, until your records
do indeed closely match. You might be surprised what it tells you!

2. You can now specify an optional output file to save the results.

3. The program now prints the number of matches and mismatches
found for each DXCC award that is checked. These numbers should
match what's shown in the DXCC Summary Report in DX4WIN.

Please send me any comments, questions or bug reports.

Thanks & 73 - Jim AD1C
