Very easy. Download the LoTW ADIF report from ARRL. In DX4WIN, File -> Import, pick ADIF. File -> Import, it will prompt for the name/location of your lotwreport.adi file. After clicking OK, you'll get a drop-down menu. One of the options is "Imported QSO sets Upload Confirmed flag". That will just mark those LoTW QSOs as Confirmed in your log.
