Is there any support for eQSL logs in DX4Win?? Nothing I could find
in the help file... LOTW logs are working fine, just wondering if
there was anythingfor eQSL.

What I've started doing is to upload the generated ADIF (.ADI) files
to eqsl (obviously without signing them, as I'd do for LoTW). I
haven't made any attempt to import confirmations from eqsl since the
awards that I care about aren't valid with eqsl confirmations. The
uploads work just fine, I just need to remember to upload them to
both (LoTW & eqsl) places when I do an extract.
