How old is old? If it has USB ports, there are USB serial adapters
that work well. If it doesn't have any USB ports, you'll have to go
with a PCMCIA serial card at much higher expense.
The MicroHam Micro Keyer and the RigExpert Plus appear to be popular
USB controllers that'll work with DX4WIN.

Unfortunately you have not taken into consideration that this organization
has been in existence for over 20 years and many "members" are silent keys,
and many never have renew their membership after their initial joining. This
tends to distort the number of active members to considerably less than
73,000. That number only reflects where they are at as far as issuing
individaul 10-10 numbers not current enrollment. They do issue yearly
finanical statements and you may even find this at theie website.
