Hi Tonno,

DX4WIN does not have any way of automating connection on startup. See this web
page for some helpful tips:

Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I'm almost there. I have 99% of the upgrade problems solved with the exception
of one.
When I click on REPORTS, DXCC, LISTING, I get these "S" entries where I use to
get "W", and "C". I do get the "M" as mailed and that's working.
What do I do to correct this and get back to what I'm use to, W's, worked and
C's, confirmed.
I'm sorry to say this has not been a pleasant upgrade for me but at least I'm
back to using all the auto COM port functions and logging. It's just this
listing that is still confusing me.
By the way I have never done a submit since I upgraded so I don't know where
this is coming from.
Thanks

Tex,
Since we don't know what your setup is and what is available on
the serial cable, I don' tthink anyone will be able to give you a direct
answer. Do you want to run FSK or AFSK? For AFSK you'll need sound
going to your rig from the sound card. Lots of variables.....

Hi Joe,

How did you edit the TCP file to bring your desired node to the top of the
list? I have tried all sorts of ways to do it, but it's beaten me!

Any help greatly appriciated....

Laurence,

Open the TCP file in windows note pad and type in nodes address at top of
list. Save it. Then re open DX4WIN, when you right click in the packet
window, (you will see at top of list your node) then hit return and you will
go directly to your selected cluster.
