One thing that might help is to turn "Callsign Update" on (somewhere in
preferences). Calls are updated in real-time, without having to tab out of the
Callsign field.

Subject: [Dx4win] MMTTY
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I'm using MMTTY with DX4WIN.

There are times when my MMTTY settings disappear. Very annoying. I usually
go back and do a system restore and then the parameters are are o.k.

After doing a restore yesterday, I went to the Profiles drop down menu and
then went to assign menu and saved RTTY settings under my call sign. Will
this make it easier for me to retrieve my settings in the future?

What does save to file at the bottom of the drop down menu do, because that
never helped me in the past?

My intent here is to find a way to save my setting/parameters so that I
don't have to do a system restore. Now, I'm sure the question is "why is
this happening?" I'm no computer geek, but I suspect that updates by the
virus software may be changing settings. Make sense? No, maybe?
