I have uploaded release notes for DX4WIN.CTY #42:

This release is primarily to get the new prefix for Bosnia (E7) 
released to everyone.  Thanks to Don, KA5EYH for some other new/fixed 
exceptions.

I'll probably make the release official early this week (Monday/Tuesday).

If you have any other changes, get them into me ASAP.
