some 50 qso's in a logbook where they not belong....

How can i select these say last 50 qso's and export them into the right

Hi Theo, and the Reflector...

I would do the following:

1) In the log where you have the wrong QSOs, write some special mark in the
"Notes for this QSO" field in every QSO you want to move to the other log
file.

2) Using F8, select the QSOs with the special mark you wrote in step 1.

3) In the main menu, go to File > Import/Export, in this window select
DX4WIN6 and then File > Export. Give a descriptive name to the exported
log. You will be asked if you want to export only the filtered QSOs.
Answer Yes.

4) Close the current log, saving the changes.

5) Open the log file where you want to move the selected QSOs.

6) In the main menu, go to File > Import/Export, in this window select
DX4WIN6 and then File > Import. Select the file name given in step 3. Now
you have the selected QSOs in this log file. Check you really have these
QSOs. If ok, close this log, saving the changes.

7) Open again the log where you had the wrong QSOs.

8) Using F8, select again the QSOs with the special mark you wrote in step
1. Check you have selected every --and only-- the QSOs you wanted to move
to the other log file (you already copied the QSOs to that log file).

8) Select QSO > Multiple QSO > Delete QSO. You will be asked to confirm
you want to delete xxx QSOs. Be sure you are going to delete only the QSOs
you have copied to the other log. If ok, answer Yes.

9) Now you may close the log file, after saving the changes. After being
sure everything is ok, you may delete the two files (.DXQ and .DXN) created
in step 3.

Ufff! This procedure seems to be too long, but I think it is safe.
