As further information, I followed Kostas's instructions to the letter, several times. I've now updated DX4Win to Expert mode, though Help notes I only need Advanced mode. I filled out everything in the Details tab. I continue to get NO data entry boxes either in the Mappings or Callsigns tabs, no matter what I do.
