I have DX4WIN ver 7.03.16 with the FJ updated on the CTY file date of 03-NOV-2007 which I did. All my state info remains as expected.
I also have DX4WIN ver 7.03.16 with Jim's new CTY file dated 23-DEC-2007 and again all my state information is as expected. I can only guess that folks with different results may have made a mistake with the FJ update process and the problem is not a fault of DX4WIN. Hopefully folks made backups and can restore their logs with the new CTY file Jim has put out. I exported these contacts from the current log to the back up copy but dx4win is not seeing these contacts and counting them towards dxcc. Not real sure whats going on here.
