I have DX4WIN ver 7.03.16 with the FJ updated on the CTY file date of
03-NOV-2007 which I did. All my state info remains as expected.

I also have DX4WIN ver 7.03.16 with Jim's new CTY file dated 23-DEC-2007
and again all my state information is as expected.

I can only guess that folks with different results may have made a
mistake with the FJ update process and the problem is not a fault of
DX4WIN. Hopefully folks made backups and can restore their logs with the
new CTY file Jim has put out. At least from here, the new CTY file works
just fine.

I manually changed various QSOs to "CHKD" recently.

Today I uploaded the most recent LOTW report, and I find that when I
do a DXCC Summary, some values in the CHKD column are changed --
decreased.

Why would an LOTW update cause this?

Luckily I did have a back up copy of my log with only 5 contacts missing
including the recent Bartholomy operation. I exported these contacts from
the current log to the back up copy but dx4win is not seeing these contacts
and counting them towards dxcc. Not real sure whats going on here. I guess I
will delete them and try and enter them in manually to see what happens.
