I recently upgraded to version 7.0 and almost two weeks passed and I still hadn't received my Key. I sent my initial order on 29 December. On 11 January I sent a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and Steve responded. He requested that I submit another order for version 7.0 and I complied. I received my KEY soon after I submitted the second order. Steve submitted the following as an explanation as to why he hadn't received the first order, "Hello John, I have not seen a recent order from you. About that time, my FORMER ISP and I had a disagreement over service/payment and we parted ways. They refused to forward me a couple of days of emails that they were holding. If you resend the order, I will do it soonest." I bet if you check your method of payment you will see that you haven't been billed for your latest order.
