In ver 6 as I typed into the callsign field, on the
2nd character the Masterlookup window filled up, then
narrowed down as I entered the call... It now displays
the 'call' only after I have moved on to the Date
field.. This is of no use.. I have converted the
latest Master file and the converted file resides in
the DX4WIN root.. I went back to ver 6 and it works
fine with the same converted file...

Second problem, when I go to file/database/QSL
managers and try to add a new manager   CTL Insert 
has no affect. No openings to enter new manager or
save....

In your QSO preferences, check the "Callsign Update" box.

Click inside the white area, then control-insert.  It will be 
inserted at the TOP of the list.
