It worked, now, by changing menu KEYER into Bug Key! I am able to use DX4WIN to run CW Keying via ELEC-KEY jack in front of transceiver. But, I wanna run it via CW Key in the rear of transceiver so that, I still have one spare jack (in front) for manual keying. Anyway, mni tnx es 73 de Jo, YC0LOW > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "J ALBU" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "Jo, YC0LOW" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; "dx4win Reflector" > <[email protected]> > Sent: Sunday, February 25, 2007 1:21 AM > Subject: Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN with IC746Pro > > >> Try : >> Trxceiver in CW >> Menu|KEY| >> KEY|SET >> with arrows go to sub menu #6 and set it for NORMAL polarity and sub menu >> #7 ELEC-KEY and sub menu #8 to OFF >> >> Hope it helps you my friend >> 73 from Jose CT1AOZ > ------------------------------ Message: 5 Date: Sun, 25 Feb 2007 09:37:48 +0700 From: "Jo, YC0LOW" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN with IC746Pro To: "dx4win Reflector" <[email protected]> Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed; charset="iso-8859-1"; reply-type=response Hi Jose, CT1AOZ, I haven't found yet why my interface and cable from LPT port in my computer (for CW Key) didn't work with my IC-746 Pro (connected via rear panel CW jack) whereas the same cable/circuit is working flawlessly with my other transceiver (FT-1000MP). Will keep trying. Tnx for ur advise. 73 de Jo, YC0LOW ----- Original Message ----- From: "J ALBU" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Jo, YC0LOW" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Sunday, February 25, 2007 8:53 AM Subject: Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN with IC746Pro >I see... > > I send CW with DX4WIN or any other prog trough the CW jack in the rear of > Icom... > and plug my Bencher keyer. > > the cable from computer is connected to the jack on rear panel like a > straight key . > and iambic or manual key is connected on front and adjust MENU as > necessary... > > I,m sure it will work. > > many dx'z > 73 de Jose CT1AOZ ------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Dx4win mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win End of Dx4win Digest, Vol 34, Issue 28 ************************************** From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Feb 25 12:04:01 2007 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Jim Reisert AD1C) Date: Sun Feb 25 12:09:11 2007 Subject: [Dx4win] country file In-Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> At 11:49 AM 2/25/2007, Martin H.
