I've done a lot of work on the QSL manager database this weekend:
- added about 1000 old calls from my log (verified QSL managers)
- updated many ex-USSR managers with new calls (ie. UB5, etc.)
- fixed HF0POL managers (I think)
Please let me know of other changes. I'm still waiting to hear back
from some QSL managers, so it will be a couple more days before I release this.
