Found the elusive DX4WIN ALT-S control which let me set the PTT keying for both RTTY and PSK in the MMTTY and PSK windows.. Works like a champ!! When all else fails, don't go to bed till it's fixed, even if that means reading the DX4WIN manual!!! 73, Art W6KY

Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I agree with Ernie - the programmers runs out of power, they take what they can get with the yearly updated ( bug fixing done be users ) from us, add more or less useless functions, and dont have any inovations. And over all; support will be more and more a foreign word. They moved more and more from Ham's to business mans. As Ernie sad, its like CT or WriteLog. CT users move to Win-Test, Writelog user move to N1MM ... Looks like , the time is over ! Thanks was a nice time. I am a longtime user of DX4WIN; still i am using DX4WIN. But now i have an open eye for a next step any buy(!) a new generation one. 73 Chris DL5NAM > -----Urspr?ngliche Nachricht----- > Von: "Ernie Walls" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Gesendet: 30.01.07 09:04:29 > An: <[email protected]> > Betreff: [Dx4win] New order! > Perhaps I am being unfair, but I get a strong feeling that DX4Win is > starting to get old and tired - so, if you will recall, did CT. > > Now, before you start shouting at me, I use DX4Win, and think it is a > great program - but it does seem to me, that almost every ham radio > program, sooner or later, struggles to keep up with the interminable > number of requests (demands) placed upon it, and ends up 'sluggish'. > > Again, I have no problem with this, as I very much doubt that anyone has > made a fortune from any of these programs - and that authors, much like > K1EA, I suspect, just get sick of the demands placed upon them, once the > program gravy train starts. > > I stress, no complaints from here - just an observation. > > Ernie > Ernie Walls VK3FM > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > > _______________________________________________ > Dx4win mailing list > [email protected] > http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win > _______________________________________________________________________ Viren-Scan f?r Ihren PC!
