[Dx4win] Help needed with importing QSO's

I am trying to import LoTW QSO's.  When I choose the IMPORT ADIF option, I
want to ONLY set the UPL CNF flag, not both the UPL CNF flag and the CNF
flag.

How can I modify this behavior?
