Paul does not understand that changing the Confirmed QSO preferences from Card to Lotw does not work for DXCC Submissions. I just need to find the time to finish screen shots that document the problem as you also describe it. Let's hope we can convince Paul to address this issue. It's a major shortcoming to DX4WIN.
