Many thanks to Allan, SM5CSS who has been helping me with many old callsigns. I am continuing to try to fill in start dates for callsign exceptions. Please check my work (read the release notes) so you don't lose credit because of a mistake I made. Also not that R1F Franz Josef Land has been extensively revised, please see my earlier message: http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/dx4win/2007-March/009648.html Thank you to everyone who has sent changes so far. I hope to release this file tomorrow, Sunday 11 March. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C, 7 Charlemont Court, North Chelmsford, MA 01863 USA +978-251-9933, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, http://www.ad1c.us
