You have a Custom paper. Under paersize you wrote the word CUSTOM.Choose another paper; what your labels are. I have custom selected because i print direct in my cards. When you write custom, you will have a new window. You can write the custom paper's dimensions there. Finally... I get the same message but i type ok and going.
