Hi Folks,
Some of you may be using older versions of DX4WIN (probably 6.x and
earlier, maybe even early 7.0x) that have problems with KG4 and
lighthouse callsigns.
As a reminder, only 2x2 KG4 calls count as Guantanamo Bay.
For Lighthouses, some stations sign /LH, /LHT or /LGT. This can cause
the callsign to be assigned the country Norway, which uses the LG and LH
prefixes.
Please search your log for these callsigns using F8:
KG4?
KG4???
/LH
/LHT
/LGT
For the KG4 searches, check your QSO preferences and make sure that
"Callsign" is set to "Exact".
For the /LH searches, check your QSO preferences and make sure that
"Callsign" is set to "substring".
If you find any KG4 2x1 or 2x3 calls that come up as KG4/Guantanamo Bay,
send them to me, preferably with the QSO date and US state if known.
If you find any /LH, /LHT or /LGT calls where the base call is NOT
LA/Norway, but DX4WIN thinks the callsign is LA/Norway, send them to me
with the QSO date.
I'll add these to the next release of the country file.

Subject: [Dx4win] DX spots window behavior
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I wonder if someone can help me. I always have the DX spots window open, set
to "sorted by priority." Every so often, I right click on the mouse and
delete the old spots. In the past when I did this, the window automatically
set itself so that the slider on the right side of the window was at the
bottom, so that the highest priority spots were visible. A few weeks ago,
the widow stopped doing this, so now I have to manually move the slider to
the bottom in order to see the highest priority spots after I delete the old
spots. I must have done something to change this behavior, but I don't know
what I did.
Does anyone know how I can get the DX spots window to automatically move to
the bottom of the list, so that the highest priority spots are visible,
after I delete the old spots?
