I have decided to postpone the release until after October 31, most
likely during weekend of November 3/4. That way I'll have all the
October DX cluster spots to check, and maybe some more QSL managers from
the CQWW Phone contest.
I'm sorry for the continued delays. I've been juggling too many things
lately.
