Yes. In either version, a QSO must be confirmed for it to count for DXCC
credit. In 7.0x, there are two distinct confirmed fields, "Cnfm" ("card in
hand") and "Upl Cnf" (LoTW or other electronic confirmation). When you import
the lotwreport.adi file, DX4WIN can set the "Upl Cnf" flag automatically. In
your QSO preferences, you need to set "Confirmed QSOs" to "Card or Upload" so
that the LoTW (not paper QSL) confirmed QSO counts as "CONFIRMED" for DXCC
purposes.
I don't remember what functionality 6.0x has for LoTW, but if you are an active
LoTW user, I strongly suggest upgrading to 7.0x. The LoTW application note I
wrote is based on 7.0x functionality.

Hello,
I had some time on my hands after surgery and vacation to recover.
Started playing around with the PSK31 and the CW memories.
I finally figured out my own answer about extra memories and a bonus of how
to send files. Real learning curve, but once I had the one area completed
the second area was easy.
Catch you on the air!
