Ken,

I had this exact problem.  I contacted Buckmaster and was informed I needed
an updated version of a certain file.  They emailed it to me and after I
replaced the old one, everything has worked fine.  I am not positive, but I
believe it was "hamcall32.dll".  If you want, email me directly and I will
email it back to you if you are willing to give it a try.

Is anyone using Buckmaster running on your HD who's able 
to access call infomation from monthly Buckmaster updates 
that you've downloaded?

I -CAN- access the updated information via the HamCall icon 
on my desktop but -NOT- from within DX4WIN via F3.  The
old files work correctly via F3, but no updates appear.
