The transition from E7 -> T9 is not clear-cut.  I'll change the primary prefix
back to T9 in this weekend's release of the country files.  When the ARRL
changes to E7, so will I.

If you want to print the labels without the managers i think that you can 
uncheck the "print QSL Managers" under Print QSL Labels window just before 
you print.
