I would like some suggestions on integrating an automated call sign lookup while using DX4WIN. I know there is an ability to do this with DX4W.

If you export your logbook to ADIF, update the DX4WIN.CTY, and make yet another export, thus ending up with two exported ADIF versions of the logbook representing a "before" and "after" logbook. You can compare the two logs and get a list of changes made.
