I've gotten behind with a few things, here's what's coming up: - fixes for CQ DX Marathon conversion so it works for 2008
- DX4WIN.TCP telnet DX cluster database update - DX4WIN Award database update I should be able to get to all this stuff by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C/?, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, http://www.ad1c.us From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Mar 12 21:01:48 2008 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Steve Jackson) Date: Wed Mar 12 21:07:04 2008 Subject: [Dx4win] M2 RC2800PX controller with DX4WIN Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I recently had M2 upgrade my controller to the latest revision. Does anyone know if this newer version is supported in DX4WIN, and if so, how? I tried both of the M2 controller selections available, and no joy. The new control box works fine from a Hyperterm manual control window, on this PC. So we know that's working right. DX4WIN worked fine with the old controller. I tied to call M2, but they were closed by the time I got home from work. tnx Steve KZ1X/4 ____________________________________________________________________________________ Looking for last minute shopping deals? Took a bit of looking to figure this out. Note that the serial port is being provided from a Digi 8-port USB adapter. Converting to a "real UART" connection may well have also remedied the matter. It was just odd that it worked fine from other applications without this bring-up procedure, but not DX4WIN. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Looking for last minute shopping deals? I'm a newbe to DX4WIN and am just starting to explore this program and it seems to be a great program. Was (and still am to a degree) a LogWindow user. What settings are people using to control Alfa-Spid? Thanks, Brad - N8SNM
