DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes. If you don't use the latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable.
I updated the list of DX Telnet nodes on 16 March 2008. The list can be found at: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/cluster.htm Please read the installation notes on the web page if you require the "keep-alive" version of the file. I am connected to W9ZRX cluster and the cluster sends only me K/VE spots. So it shouldn't have been an issue with a foreign spotter. I looked at the spotters to be sure that they were USA, I think.... But now today, after restarting the computer, clearing spots and restarting my telnet connection, 9x0r spots are ok . The spots on 9x0r are as they should be, new modes show level 2, bands level 3. And it shows a gray spot for the band/mode already contacted on 17 meters. It must have been some minor glitch in the program. I've not seen this here before with other multiband/mode DX operations. I worked the 5T station yesterday too for the first time and it didn't go all gray, it looked normal on the band/modes not worked. Ernie W8EH > Hi Ernie, > > I don't understand this either. Unless the spot comment has the word SSB in it, or the QSX frequency is above 7.150 (or 7.125), then spot will be assumed to be CW, which you said, you have already worked, thus gray. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C/?, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, http://www.ad1c.us From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Mar 25 02:54:49 2008 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Thomas Herrmann) Date: Tue Mar 25 03:01:25 2008 Subject: [Dx4win] Help needed ...
