For those of you upgrading, please refer to my upgrade notes:

A common mistake is to NOT copy your preferences forward from the previous
version to the new version.
It's also a good idea to copy (not move) your logfile (call.DXL) from the old
SAVE directory to the new SAVE directory. If you move it, and something bad
happens, you might not have the old copy any more.
