In Router Ports tab click the "Set" button on right side of the radio port. You get a new window for the radio. Just put a cross in the "Disable router queries". In my old router version (3.xx) I didn't have this window, that's why it took so long time for me to find. My polling in DX4Win is now 1000 ms and all works fine.
