Hi Andrew, To change K7A from USA to KL7 is easy when you change the prefix from K into KL7 Next spot will be indicating KL7.
About the IOTA I´m not 100% sure if it will override previous qso´s if it is a later date it shouldn´t maybe Jim can state this or tell us more.
