F10 will save the QSO, then go to the next one. You may not want to save unchanged QSOs. Page up/down is a better way to do it.

The qso line does not jump up to the next QSO with the same call. It used too but now I have to mouse click on the QSO to bring it into window & confirm. This slows down the whole operation on QSL checking. On version 4-5 & 6 it used to go up to the next qso on its own but in version 7 is does not. Have I missed a check box off or what.
