While the word "modified" is red the log hasn't been saved
While it is black the log has been saved in backup file(not in original
file - this must be done with Alt+s). You can import qsos during the
"modified" is counting.
I believe the more efficient way to import qsos from a paper log, is not
dx4win or any other logging program. There is a free utility called FLE
(fast log entry) by DF3CB. You can find this
