Please send me any other changes you are aware of. I had hoped to release the file last weekend, then this weekend, but it didn't happen. It may go out as soon as September 1, or as late as the weekend of September 6/7. The best time to release the file is shortly after the 1st of the month, since I get a new months worth of DX spots that I can analyze for exception calls and QSL managers.
