The contacts log here correctly. The starting date is January 6, 2008. Most likely he entered the call as T-zero-5FJ instead of T-oh-5FJ.
TO prefixes aren't mapped. TO callsigns are mapped. Close you log. Go to File -> Databases -> Countries. Find the country of interest.
