You can't do it with DX4WIN directly, but you could do it in Excel.

Export the CQ Zone with your QSOs. Then you can determine the continent from the zone, except for a few like Zone 20 which are on multiple continents.

The Zone -> Continent routine is left as an exercise for the reader, but it surely something one could write in Excel.
