After 3 days of pulling my hair out I have solved the problem. The problem was in the MMTTY keying setup window (ALT S in the MMTTY window). With MMTTY using COM 1 for FSK the MMTTY keying setup cannot be set to COM 1 also. When running in the FSK mode the keying setup is irrelevant and should not matter, but it does. How the keying got set to COM 1 for v704 & 705 only I do not know. Thanks to those who had suggestions.

You might even have to go as far as physically dropping power to your PC. Good Luck, Mike / W8DN ************ DAVID DERAIN wrote: > I am having a MMTTY problem with v704 & v705.
