OK, after seeing that this might be a shortcut problem you will want to double 
check 2 things.  First look at the properties in the shortcut to see where the 
"start in" setting is.  Make sure it is where the executable is located.  
Second check to see if a "compatibility mode" is set.  If it is it shouldn't.
