[Dx4win] Adding TO5DX/St. Barthelmy

Sorry for tagging this on to Gary's (W0AW) message. I obviously don't get out very much! :-) 

Let me try it again...
I'm just a very casual DX'er, but it turns out that TO5DX (St. Barthelmy) is now considered a new country.
As a user of DX4WIN vers 5.03, can someone please explain how I would add that as a new country.
