Alain, can't comment on the phantom print date. But I have had phantom names populate the "Notes for this call" box. To explain, over the years of using DX4WIN here I did bring another log into mine as a group. I decided that I no longer wanted that group in my log so I removed the QSO's, several years ago now. But every so often when I work a station that is not in my current log DX4WIN will come up with the correct name for the operator. My only explanation is that it is picking up the information from a deleted QSO. Not a bug or problem just a curious observation.
