Just connected my new Elecraft K3 transceiver to computer and my computer indicates DX4WIN is using my entire CPU time. My preference settings are: Radio: Type Elecraft K3 (also tried Elecraft K3 X4) Address 00 Baud Rate 4800 Both default boxes are checked Notes for radio blank Com Port Com5 Poll Rate 1000 (ms) Max tries 6 DTR high checked RTS high checked There is no second radio. My previous Kenwood TS-570D when connected does not cause excessive CPU usage.
