As I try to catch up on a couple of years og QSLing this weekend, I ran into an oddity... maybe a bug?
I selected the option under Labels to "Change QSL routing" I wanted to change anything marked as Bureau to Direct if there was no Bureau available. DX4Win changed the routing of cards for contries without a bureau that were being routed to a QSL manager in a country that had a bureau to Direct.
