I think we're missing Randy's point. Users shouldn't have to fix this stuff. Some will be able to, some won't.
Perhaps Paul can make two changes: 1. An option to NOT put the LoTW comments in the "Notes for this QSO" field 2. A Multiple QSO operation to remove such comments from an existing log. DX4WIN still needs a way to identify cases where the LoTW data doesn't match what's already in the log.
