Hi, I looked at Andy's post and was going to answer his questions, but to ensure I was answering correctly, I went to the prefs>qso screen to check a couple of things and found out, much to my surprise that the page is not working correctly. The problems are 1. changes to "band," "mode," "qsl method," "confirmed qsos," "band" and "frequency" (under CW freq cutoff)," will not allow a change to be made. All of the above are blank and will not take information either by using the pull-down menu or entering the info by hand.
2. The "qso date" under "searching" seems to function properly as do the check boxes under "options." I have my preferences set as "expert" (only in that I know enough not to break the program). As far as I know, there is not a problem in the other screens under "preferences." I am running version 7.07.02 and have had no other problems with the software at all. If somebody has an idea about what I (or the program) is doing incorrectly, please speak up.
