[FOC] First Class CW Operators' Club (fixed crash)
Release 1.17 caused a crash in DX4WIN. Thanks to Bernie, WO2N for
giving me a heads-up. DO NOT use that version, use this one instead.
I apologize for not testing the file before releasing it. Shame on me!
