I'm going to update the DX4WIN award database again, in the next day or two:

I've spent the last week trying to automate the process of updating
the awards that change a lot (like ARLHS). It's a lot easier than
trying to determine what the changes are, then making them by hand.
These will be the updates:
[ARLHS] Amateur Radio Lighthouse Society (major update)
[FOC] First Class CW Operators' Club (updated)
[JCC] Japan Century Cities (updated)
[RLHA] Russian Lighthouse Award (new)
[SDOK] German Sonder-DOK (updated)
[USIA] U.S. Islands Award (major update)
[WFF] World Flora Fauna (new)
ARLHS and USIA have the most updates:
* ARLHS has many more reference numbers (I finished the update that
was started last version).
* USIA has many additions and corrections, typos fixed, and all the
deleted islands have been removed. If this is going to adversely
affect anyone, please let me know ASAP! I'm happy to let you try the
file if you need to.
