I have released version 3.8 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can read more here:

This version replaces 3.7.
The changes in this version:
Added IARU HF World Championship
Frequency in the QSO Notes field is optional
Report when Recvd field is truncated
If you find any problems in the program or documentation, let me know.
If you need a conversion added, send me your ADIF file and tell me what
contest it is for, and which logging program produced it.
